The End of Day Process
Once partnered with AIOS Solutions, you will spend less time on bookkeeping and accounting than ever before. Your Dedicated Client Manager will set up the End of Day Process allowing you to scan and store your documents on your workstation. Our team of experts can then access the files via remote desktop or VPN connection to perform your bookkeeping and accounting tasks.

The End of Day Process works like this:
1. At the end of the day, insert all new documents (invoices, payments, etc) into the scanner then press the “Scan Now” button.
2. Name the file that appears on your screen (i.e. Invoices 03.01.08)
3. Save to designated location (i.e. C:\Invoices)

That’s it! You’re finished.
Not a single document has to leave the office. Now you can focus on running your business and leave the bookkeeping to us.

Invoices and Billing Statements
At the end of the day, scan new vendor invoices. An Aios professional will enter each invoice and statement into your accounting system and provide a daily snapshot of outstanding payables along with payment due dates. With AIOS, you will always be in the know about how much you owe eliminating ridiculous late fees.

Bill Paying
AIOS will follow your personal scheduling needs and send reports to your printer letting you know when open vendor invoices are coming due. Just check off the ones you wish to pay and scan the report back. When you arrive the next day, the selected checks will be printed and waiting to be sent out. It’s that easy!

Accounts Receivable
When you include customer invoices in your End of Day Scan, an AIOS professional will enter each into the appropriate account.

Following your personally set schedule, AIOS will have a report waiting at your printer making you aware of Aged Receivables. AIOS can also email reminders to your clients. We will ease the hassle of collecting past due invoices, leaving you free to focus on running your business.

When depositing customer payments, include a copy of the deposit slip (denoting customer payments) in your End-of-Day Scan. Aios will post the payments and deposits against the accounts in your accounting system.

Credit Card and Bank Account Reconciliation
Include Bank and Credit Card Statements In your End-of Day Scan, and AIOS will take it from there. An AIOS professional will reconcile the statement to your books and perform the month-end close process on all the accounts ensuring all discrepancies are found and resolved.

Payroll Service
Allowing AIOS to manage your payroll needs in-house will save you time and money. Payroll processing can be added to your service for a small additional fee.

Financial Statements Preparation
Aios will prepare and review your financial statements enabling you to oversee and manage your company finances.
